Tariq Ansari
Property Finance
Tariq started his finance career back in 2000 in the regulated lending market. Initially he was privileged to work with Zurich Insurance in their Advisory and Wealth Management Department. This was the gateway to really understanding the real estate market and was a successful era until the recession and FCA arrived in 2008.
The regulated lending market then took a hit and the FCA did not help in their role to make life easier for advisers. Out of frustration Tariq chose to learn about the real estate lending market and then from 2010 onwards decided to focus in this arena. The reduced red tape and bureaucracy held greater appeal.
Ten years on Tariq is still very passionate about the property lending industry and has amassed great knowledge in various real estate lending products. Tariq has successfully structured and transacted on several hundred million pounds worth of lending products on various asset classes. He has managed to build a very reputable database of borrowers that come back repeatedly due to levels of customer service and honestly.
Away from work Tariq is a dedicated family man who likes to focus any spare time on his children.
