£121.5m Refinance of a 4 Star Prime Hotel Comprising 312 Rooms in London NW1 (July 2022)
Our clients are a family office with a significant portfolio of leisure assets across the UK. Following the COVID-19 pandemic the client was able to work with a top hotel tenant to extent the lease profile for this asset. Subsequently the asset valuation was increased, and we were able to structure a loan extension and facility increase. The client was able to extract circa £20m from the deal and secure a new 5-year commitment.
