£15.3m – Acquisition Of A supermarket investment 61,400 Sq Ft Superstore In The North East Of England with adjoining retail parade (November 2021)

Our client, a private family office, acquired this investment with a combination of junior and senior debt and intend to hold it as a long-term investment. The main tenant (a household name in the retail sector) has signed a FRI lease that expires in 2035 with no breaks. Additionally, other tenants on the estate supplement the income stream in favour of our client.
