A bridging facility was required by our client to assist with their asset management plan. The facility replaced the original lender who was unable to work with the asset whilst vacant possession was obtained meaning no income was available to service debt on a current basis.
Planning consent was obtained to convert the upper parts to residential use and sold on. The retail parade below was retained by the client as a long term investment.
