£388m – Refinance and Development of a Luxury Five Star London Hotel situated in Knightsbridge (November 2022)

Working with a MENA based Family office we were able to assist with the refinance of this Hotel asset. Located in the super prime Knightsbridge area the debt profile was put in place to improve the hotel and undertake a significant refurbishment scheme including a two-storey extension. The debt was structured to meet with EBITDA projections and a long-term investment facility.
