£66m – Luxury Prime Residence in London SW1 (Jan 2019)

A bilateral facility to refinance the private residential dwelling of an ultra high net worth family in a super-prime location in central London. Once again, not an easy deal to close given the very small number of banks who will lend in this sector. LTV achieved was 65% and no Assets Under Management (|”AUM’s”) were required to support the facility.
