A hotel operator with numerous west London hotels needed to refinance as their existing bank was no longer providing hotel finance. We introduced the client to a new lender with the appetite and desire to work within the hospitality sector. The facility was provided at 65% LTV with a competitive margin and a modest amortisation programme.
