£72.7m – Central London Residential Portfolio (Sept 2020)

A long-standing client’s family office had a substantial residential property portfolio in central London. The disadvantage he faced in managing it was that it had been financed by a number of banks over many years and at varying rates. We found one bank who was happy to refinance all of the properties under one facility, greatly simplifying the structure and improving management efficiency. The loan also provided a credit line for further similar purchases.
