Our client, a very experienced private real estate development company, agreed the purchase of the site in mid-2019. COVID-19 then hit and caused severe delays in completing the purchase. However, with the Vendor’s agreement, the completion finally took place in August 2021 with the assistance of a very sophisticated international Investment Management and Debt Fund.
